Nestled along the vibrant Seafront of Weymouth, our charming guest house awaits, offering  bed and breakfast accommodation. Positioned conveniently between the sandy shores and the bustling harbor, our location promises the perfect blend of coastal serenity and lively atmosphere.


Moreover, we are surrounded by all the conveniences that Weymouth Town has to offer, ensuring that your stay is as convenient as it is enjoyable.


While we may not boast the grandeur of a 5-star hotel like The Ritz, we pride ourselves on providing an experience that is refreshingly authentic and warmly personal. Our modest size and simplicity offer a retreat from the ordinary, where cleanliness, functionality, and comfort take center stage. And let's not forget our  breakfasts, served with generosity and care, fueling your adventures in our superb locale.

Company Information

  • Weymouth Sands is the trading name of Barker Hospitality Ltd. 
  • Weymouth Sands is a seaside guesthouse offering bed and breakfast accommodation.  We offer a warm welcome, together with  clean, functional and comfortable accommodation and an optional hearty breakfast.
  • We are located on  Weymouth Seafront, with the harbour to the rear. 
  • We have 9 bed rooms offering bed and breakfast accommodation in one of Dorset's holiday hotspots.  All our front bedrooms have beach views, and all the rear bedrooms have harbour views.
  • There is paid public parking on the roads and in car parks nearby and the Coach and Traini stations are within easy reach.
  • Weymouth Sands is in a listed building,  meaning we are unable to make changes that would improve accessiblity for all. The bedrooms are located over the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, and with no lift, means unfortunately this guests is not suited to those with limited mobility, similarly the property is not suited to housing pets.
  • Check-In times are between 3pm and 6pm on the day of arrival, Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.
